Avanquest Software Publishing has today announced the release of Hotel Transylvania for the Nintendo DS and Nintendo 3DS, with a release date of October 26th 2012 for DS and November 9th on 3DS across Europe. The game is being released to tie in with Sony Pictures Animation’s upcoming animated movie Hotel Transylvania releasing in cinemas nationwide this month on October 12th, 2012.
Hotel Transylvania is described as an action-adventure game which features a wide variety of locations and puzzles, but does the actual game match the description? There sure have been a lot of Halloween animated feature films hitting the theatres recently, with ParaNorman, Hotel Transylvania and Frankenweenie.
Anyhow I had hoped that Hotel Transylvania would be a good game for the 3DS, based on the trailer I saw and that it was made by WayForward, but that doesn't seem to be the case after all.
Really wanted to get this when it came out, seeing as it was inspired by Castlevania ( and was made by WayForward). But since the game is just a never ending fetch quest, I'm not getting it.
After the review,I don't want this.

Unfortunately, like most movie tie-ins, this game is trash.
