Well Nintendo sure did make a good impression! They bested both Sony and Microsoft for best of the show and Wii won the award for the best hardware.
It seems that the most innovative titles stole the show this year, with Nintendo's Excite Truck, Wii Sports and Phantom Hourglass all big winners. It goes to show how going against the flow is a good thing.

Wii winning Best of Show over PS3 and 360 is actually pretty impressive, shows that not everyone in the industry cares about gigaflops
