Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom: All Side Adventures

There is a new type of quest in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom called a Side Adventure, and you'll need to complete them all if you're aiming for 100% completion.

With this in mind, we'll be providing you with walkthroughs for the trickiest of them right here, alongside a full list of every side adventure available in the game.

What is a Side Adventure?

A Side Adventure is a brand new quest type introduced in Tears of the Kingdom. These quests are usually much longer than Side Quests and involve key NPCs, relate to the story, or unlock some special goodies. They also always have a story tied to them.

These are entirely optional, but as some rewards include upgrades for your Purah Pad, inventory expansion, and clothing upgrades, they're worth seeking out.

How many Side Adventures are there?

There are 60 Side Adventures in total in Tears of the Kingdom. Many of them follow longer quest lines, but lots are also individual quests, too.

Mattison's Independence is a good example of a Side Adventure that is stand-alone — although it does unlock a Side Quest. However, Serenade to a Great Fairy is required for many of the other Side Adventures in order to access all of the Great Fairies.
