Wii games: Super Mario Galaxy 2 Metroid: Other M Monster Hunter Tri Zelda Wii (Although, it hasn't been given a official release date, yet) Dynamic Slash ((Zangeki no Reginleiv) May possibly be released)
Can't wait for them.
“The revolution is not an apple that falls when it is ripe. You have to make it fall.” - "Some men are born mediocre, some men achieve mediocrity, and some men have mediocrity thrust upon them."
Galaxy 2 Metorid Other M TVC Maybe the new Pokemon game Zelda
QUEEN OF SASS
It's like, I just love a cowboy
You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!
These games I'm sure that I'll buy if I have the money: Tatsunko Vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars (Planning on getting it April 20th, my birthday) Monster Hunter Tri (If the online is free like in Europe) Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Guaranteen, regardless) Metroid: Other M (I have faith that this will be an Triple A title) Zelda Wii 2 (If it's coming out this year) Epic Mickey (Want to support what is potentially the Wii's first western AAA title.) More Virtual Console stuffs. Uno (WiiWare, just got released yesterday)
Almost guranteen: The Grinder (Keep an eye over High Voltage Software people, The Conduit was just the beginning) More WiiWare stuffs
Stands a good chance: Bonk: Brink of Extinction (If the Wii version can stand toe to toe with the HD versions in everything but graphics) Sin & Punishment 2 Zangeki No Reginleiv (Depending if the game gets release here, this game has a very good chance of me buying it, especially if the game doesn't do too well or sells like a blockbuster) Bomberman Blast: Battlefield (Only if the game stacks up with the PS3 and 360 versions) Catch up on Wii games I missed that I'll probably enjoy. Spam Smashers
Might happen, but not likely: Tales of Graces Line Attack Heroes Flip's Twisted World Endless Ocean: Blue World
Everything else is unattainable. Example of games that I want, but not enough to pin any hope on getting it this year are Sky Crawler: Innocent Ages, No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggles (My parents probably wouldn't approve of this anyway), and Super Monkey Ball: Step & Roll, all of which are likely to be good games. There are multiplatform games I want on the Wii, but I eliminated games such as Sonic & Sega Alll-Stars Racing, since they cut out contents for the Wii, making it an instant skip and I might as well get it for the PS3 instead when I get one. Why would I rule out so many games? This should be obvious:
1. I'm getting an Playstation 3 this year. I am saving up money for the system and I will buy it when I get enough money. No amount of even more Wii fanboys then me asking me to change my mind (Which hasn't been done yet) will change that.
2. The horrible economy. I'm not getting a job just to get more video games, I'm also getting it to save money for more important stuff and get money back to my family so they can pay the bills, which is difficult for them to do because they are retired. My family needs me more then ever, so I cannot just screw them, especially since my older brother (Middle brother actually, my oldest brother is at college) is delepting my families income faster then you can say "Recession".
@SuperSmashBros.Fan1999: April 20th is a long time to wait, but Tatsunoko vs. Capcom is definitely worth it. I just got it a few hours ago, and this one's gonna be planted in my wii for a loooooooong time.
I'm sorry to hear that your family isn't doing well, though. Hope things turn around for them soon.
If you think New Super Mario Bros. Wii is hard, try Super Mario Bros. 3.

Books I'm reading: "Uncle Tom's Cabin"
@DK vs. KK: Thanks for your concern about my family, but my family will probably never be able to recover until I get a job. Here's to hoping they can hang on for a few more months.
SSBF1999: I'm very sorry to hear all of this, I'm glad your keeping a positive outlook during all of this. I'm also glad that your helping out all of your family members. I hate to hear your pretty much giving up gaming for the time being, but I understand why. A lot of people probably have it worse than you though so at least thats something positive!
OK on topic and on a less sympathetic note, again (Edited): Games that will be bought on Day One!: Super Mario Galaxy 2 Metroid: Other M Zelda Wii (If it comes out 2010) Games I Will Buy 2010 (Sometime): Monster Hunter 3 w/ Classic Controller Pro Endless Ocean 2 w/ Wii Speak (For Wii Speak and its cheap price) Sin and Punishment 2 Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom Pending on Reviews: Red Steel 2 (Always good to check!) Epic Mickey (Not for sure on this one) Arc Rise Fantasia ( Looks great, but I could be wrong) Sky Crawler (I need a few more reviews) The M-Rated Games: No More Heroes 2 The Grinder (Probably) My Backlog : The Conduit No More Heroes Medal of Honor: Heroes 2 Red Steel Blastworks Punch-Out!! Excitebots: Trick Racing Need for Speed: Nitro TMNT: Smash-Up! Madworld Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers Dead Space: Extraction Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition Wow I've got a lot of games to get! and I'll keep updating the list!
Are people buying TvsC just because it's a VS game (and it's on the Wii), or do people outside of Japan actually know any of the Tatsunoko characters?
Other than the Gatchaman/Battle of the Planets characters I have no idea who they are, but it just looks so OTT I feel like I have to give it try after Damo's excellent review and videos of the original Japanese game. Besides how could I pass it up when Zavvi only wants £17.95 for it?
