Different province. They don't have it at BB, FS, HMV or on Amazon. Walmart is overrun with My Little Pony junk and The Source is going out of business so they have nothing but old exploding batteries, clock radios, and some PS2 games. I got my copy yesterday, played 8 hours and still wanted more. This game exceeded my expectations and is easily the best game i bought all year. This will keep me very busy,till Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles comes out later this winter.

Have you played Pikmin 2 before? If you have the older version, then get Little King's Story and don't bother with the New Play Control version of Pikmin 2. If you've never played Pikmin 2 before, it's a tougher question to answer, as both games are absolutely great for different reasons.
I'd say go with Little King's Story, as it's truly deserving of more sales than a Wii-updated GC title ever would be, and Pikmin 2 is cheap enough that you can postpone your purchase and grab it for a rainy day later on.
I officially declare this game to be non-existent. This is a giant conspiracy to make you think you're missing out on a great game for Wii, when in reality, it is completely made up. Probably started on neogaf.

Sorry, but what utter b*******k's!! Get LKS and support a developer that can make games as good as Nintendo' best and then guess what,they might make some more,that my friends is not socialism just good sense. Pikmin - Good , LKS - Even better.

And there I was thinking that somebody was asking for a recommendation because they were having a hard time deciding on their own. Thanks for popping up to inform everyone that the only appropriate answer to "Which would you recommend?" is a swift punch in the face and an admonition to "Think for yourself!"
Get a grip man. If someone asks for the opinions of others, they ARE doing research. They're selecting a sample group and gathering opinions. It's not such a big deal. When I first get into a new musician I tend to ask people what albums they recommend. Someone telling me to think for myself is not only being unhelpful, but is missing the point completely.
You don't need to provide opinions when someone asks, and you certainly don't need to criticize those who are asking for them.
@theProsodydude: I wish we lived in Alpoko! We could go on adventures together and beat up Onii for fun, and finish the day with a big party at the princess' castle.

I have to slap myself in the face...i'm in Europe and when this game came (many months ago) i didn't care at all. But after reading some reviews and some opinions on forums i bought it...and it's a wonderful game! It's like a mix of great others games...Animal Crossing, Pikmin, Zelda, Harvest Moon, Sim City, My Life as a King, i'm playing it from 3 days and i cannot stop! The only thing i don't like it's that the game as some interface problems, why they didn't add a button to center the camera? And those damns citizens that keeps falling around! Great game! Harder than MadWorld, without blood. This are the hardcore games i like!
To anybody who says Little King's Stroy is rare, I don't think my gamestop has sold a single copy!
Not even to employees? It's official: Your Gamestop SUCKS! Seriously, I was the first to buy it at mine, and my store manager followed shortly thereafter. I'm pretty sure he said he's sold at least one copy to a customer based entirely on the three hours a piece the two of us had spent on it, too. The guy's an AMAZING salesman, and not in the sleazy "used car salesman" kind of way.
My Backloggery Updated sporadically. Got my important online ID's on there, anyway. :P
