That's right I said Wario ware. Ever since playing Smash bros Brawl I became interested in the Warioware series. That song in Wario's stage about Ashley made me curious. I wanted to know more about her and find out what these Warioware games are like. I know there's a Warioware game on Wiiware but I kinda doubt it's the best. I hear it's good though. So anyway for someone new to the series what's a good place to start?

If you have a GBA (or a DS with a GBA slot) try to track down a copy of WarioWare Twisted! - definitely the best of the series in my opinion. You should also look for WarioWare: Touched! on DS and WarioWare: Smooth Moves on Wii. The WiiWare one isn't really worth a download unless you own WarioWare DIY on DS if you ask me. It does come with 72 microgames of its own, but its main function is to see the games you made on the DS on your TV.
If you want to know about Ashley, she's in WarioWare Touched! and WarioWare DIY on DS, and on WarioWare Smooth Moves on Wii. Her microgames in Touched were based around dragging object while in DIY they were based around food.
This is a list of warioware series starting with the best IMO 1. Warioware twisted 2. Warioware smooth moves 3. Warioware touched 4. Warioware inc. minigame mania/mega microgames 5. Wario ware DIY 6. Warioware DIY showcase 7. Warioware inc. mega party games 8. Warioware snapped
I liked Twisted the best. Then come Touched and DIY. I was really disappointed with Smooth Moves; it was really short (like 1 hour) and had hardly any replay value because you can not even set any records for single microgames anymore. In addition the multiplayer didn't allow use of more than 1 remote. (I hate having to give the Wii-remote to another person between the microgames)

I'm surprised that warioware inc mega party games is so popular. It definetley had the best multi-player in the series but in terms of single player, it's only better than warioware snapped. There aren't any actual stages and all the single player micro-games are recycled from the minigame mania. Also when I got it, I had already 100% completed minigame mania, so having to get a flower on all the same micro-games just felt like a chore, especially on the few micro-games with scores that are annoyingly high.
Easily Smooth Moves. Although the WW game on GC is also fun too.

I think Wario Ware works best as a party game and Smooth Moves lacks a simultaneous 4-player mode, so Mega Party Games wins in my opinion. Although smooth moves does have the awesome dancing bossgame.
I liked the original Mega Microgames the best. I don't think Showcase is such a bad option either, as you get 72 games plus you can store 72 more games of your choice from Ninsoft or other people (and you can use separate game saves to save even more if you want to), so for $8 it's not a bad deal.
