Let's play ignore the troll and he will stop.

I think you just lost.

But, isn't the number 1 rule in forums is to not feed the troll? Besides, he quit posting for now.

Wasn't Superman banned? Why is he back?

Superman never misses an opportunity to screw with us, does he?

Based on our avatars, I bet we could think of a few ways to get rid of him

Remarking, "Wonderful, now NL has another troll once again" isn't exactly ignoring a troll, is it

They didn't use Kryptonite.

@Metang: Artifacting is when you get little black dots blink all over your screen, it happens when the GPU overheats. It can't be fixed either, I had to buy a new Wii

I'm lucky to have never had the problem of artifacing, and my Wii's always been good to me.

Has anyone ever taken their Wii console apart?

Yes there are plenty of YouTube Videos that show how to do it. I did it because I had to remove a loose screw that was rolling around in my Wii. But I wouldn't recommend it to anyone if you don't have a Tri-Wing Screwdriver. (And of course you loose your guarantee if there is any.)

I warn you: Don't use a Slotted- or Philips-Screwdriver on the Tri-Wing Screws, some of them are sitting really tight and they will be most likely damaged!

I've had my Wii since Nov 1st of 07 and had only very minor problems but never had to send it back to Nintendo like the game would freeze sometimes on SSBB online as the same for the glitches on Conduit or the weird Wii system file is corrupt message just little "hiccups" but nothing ever major wrong with it. EDIT: Anyone who got that Corrupt Message that was during 4.0 Update if anyone remembers hopefully they do when SD Card Menu came out other then that though again that was it and never had that message happen again.

Definitely send it back. You get a 1 year warrantee after any repairs I think, so at least this repair would be free.

I am way too lazy to think of something clever.

True Clickety, but you posted in response to the troll too, [hint, hint, post 18].

I didn't treat him as a troll when I replied though, did I? I answered a question he asked, that's all. You're only guilty of not ignoring a troll when you actually view them as a troll and respond to them as such.
