Super Mario Galaxy is my favorite game this whole generation. So I'll go with that.

Super Mario Galaxy 2. Yes, the first one gets points for doing it first but the sequel just refined it all to such perfection and the amount of variety is amazing and unmatched.

Super Smash Bros Brawl is pretty high up there just for replay value. I have spent many many hours on this game...but....I don't know if it is the BEST game on the Wii.....Super Mario Galaxy games are great, and Zelda Twilight Princess (I know it's on the GC too) and Skyward Sword are both great....I almost think I like TP better though...
