Topic: TV Show King 2 - Impressions Thread

never played it...

One thing that keeps me away is that I won't know most of the answers but that adds to the challenge!

i'm pretty sure i'll be getting this game but there are quite a few other titles that i want but this definitely sounds like something i would enjoy.

I normally wouldn't have considered picking up a game like this, but after playing lots of 1 vs 100 Live on XBLA, i've been in a trivia game mood. If there wasn't online, i probably wouldn't pick it up, but for now it's on my short list after i finish up a couple other WiiWare games.

Would be nice if 1 VS 100 came to WiiWare as well.

Im thinking about buying this do i need to buy both or does tv show king 2 have everything from the original?

Get TVSK2 only.
There are more questions than the original, new question types, some new round progression/rules and customizations, more modes (including some from the original like Quiz Attack for single-player), online and more. You really can't go wrong.

The sad thing is i need wii points to get it but it looks fun i wish i could get it now:(

Well at least you now know that you don't have to spend a whole Points Card on getting both TVSK and TVSK2.

This looks to be an great game. Should I get this game over Sonic the Hedgehog 3?

Well I'd say get Sonic 3 FIRST since the VC deal expires soon but TVSK2 will always be 800 Points. But still definitely get TVSK2. don't choose one over the other.
