Like the title says - do you plan to buy Tatsunoko vs. Capcom? It's looking to be a beautiful fighter, and the Wii certainly could use some love, especially from Capcom, in that department.
Here's a couple of options if you're planning on getting it:
If you pre-order it from Amazon, you can score a $10 credit on a future video game purchase, as well as a cheaper price than in most stores.
Pre-ordering from Gamestop will get you a bonus in the form of collectible trading cards.
I will likely be picking up my copy from Amazon. Since I'm still under my Prime trial, I'll just opt for the $3.99 overnight shipping and get the $10 credit on a future purchase.
Still undecided if I'll buy WhoTheHeckAreThey vs Capcom, would like a decent fighter and like the SF games, except the vs Marvel series anyway, but the fact I have no clue who Tatsunioki is, is a bit off putting, will wait and see how its received first, think I can overlook the fact I have no idea who half the roster is, if it plays great.
I've had it preordered for three months. As soon as I get out of school, I'm going to go to the mall an pick up my copy.
@Reala- If you want to get some background info on the Tatsunoko characters, find out what show they come from and then watch an episode or two on Youtube.
I was planning on it originally, but I ended up picking up Guilty Gear XX Accent Core for Christmas and I think that will hold my 2D fighting needs for quite a while.
Depends. As long as the reviews are good, I'll pick it up. Otherwise I'll just rent it. I have no faith in the Wii pulling off a quality online experience for a fighting game, so that's not really a factor.
"The government of the United States is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion."
I don't normally flock to fighting games but the fact that this is a serious Capcom fighter, built exclusively for Nintendo's hardware, a first in like 12 years, I feel it's my duty to pick this game up. I urge you all to do the same, so we can see more third party games of this notoriaty come to the system in the future. Also the Capcom VS titles are just fun to play, whether you're a big fighting game fan or not.
Future Wii purchases: Super Mario Galaxy 2 Metroid: Other M Zelda Wii New Super Mario Bros. Wii Sin and Punishment 2

Tatsunoko is a Japanese company which has created some of the best anime (IMNSHO) of all time. If you've never heard of Battle of the Planets, or G-Force ... you've led a very boring life.
Heck yes, I'm getting this game. Just purchased TMNT Smash Up to get my fast twitch muscles back in shape after playing lots of RPGs and strategy games.
