Topic: Stuck in level 3 of Super Star Wars inside sandcrawler

How do you get past those green beams that turn on every time you approach it? I'm assuming you have to walk backwards to get past but don't know how. Please help!

You need to slide under them (press the jump button and diagonally downwards). The slide must be started at the point right before the beams turn on.

I too am stuck inside the Sandcrawler because I can't defeat that weird green creature that shoots stuff at you. It's not helping that I am stuck with the lowest weapon.

@Tony: I suppose the best method is to restart the level or the game, then collect more powerups. Level 3 is pretty hard, but it should be possible to get a decent gun anyway.

I was worried I would have to do that. Oh well with some practice hopefully I can make through without dying.

Simple, just have him follow you to the right, there's a platform there you can get on. Then, just duck and shoot him in the head. Most of his attacks can't hit you up there, and even if you can't dodge those that can, he'll still die before you. There are life refills in the next room after him.
