haha, wow. unanimous decision. I'm not really a Sonic fan, but I thought I'd put those facts out there after watching an interview from E3. I gotta agree with you guys, tho. I'm pretty sure World of Goo was $15; that game was packed full of content and had a nice length. It seems like you could blow through 16 Sonic stages in an hour easy.
Don't know where this '3 zones' stuff is coming from, it's clear from the screenshots (on this very site) there's at least 4 zones: spoilers Splash Hill, Lost Labyrinth, the casino one, and the tech one /spoilers
If it's anywhere as good as the Genesis game I'll probably play it through 3+ times so that justifies the price for me.
Admittedly, I'm not exactly glad the game will be so short but at least they aren't artificially increasing game time with ok at best, completely terrible at worst gimmicks added.
So it's cheaper on PSN in the Europe...darn, I kinda wish it was here, too. When people first started saying that, I was hoping to click the link and see it listed on PSN for $10.
Considering the work they've put into this game (and the fact that previous games in the series that were approximately the same length used to go for full retail price), $15 MIGHT not be too bad. I hope they put a demo on PSN, though...otherwise, there's no way I'm dropping that around release.

Only 3 zones and 16 stages? Oh well i might still buy it, at least Sonic is finally home to his roots on the 16 bit pixels. Sonic 1, 2 and 3 were da bomb I thought.
@Raylax you're right. THERE ARE 4 ZONES. sorry for the uproar, lol. I heard dude on the video wrong, he said 3 MORE in addition to Splash Hill. There WILL be 16 stages to play thru, like I said before. Here's the link:

Same here. Actually, I was under the impression it was 4 Zones. Then again, I was also under the impression it would cost less than $10. Oh well, I'll still probably pick it up if it plays well enough. I usually restart after 3 zones anyways. Maybe this time I'll actually finish the damn game.
Now I've heard that there will be 3 acts per zone, plus a "boss level" at the end of the zone, so when 16 levels is stated, does that include the boss acts? If so, that means that doesn't even include secret stages. If no, then it does include secret stages.

Thanks for the correction. It sucks that it's 3 acts per zone instead of 6 zones with 2 acts, but hey, whatever saves download space.
