Topic: Rock 'N Roll Climber - Impressions

If anyone wants impressions let me know and when I get off work later on I'll answer any questions. I'm trying to upload videos right now but if things don't work out then they'll go up tonight.

I wanted to download this today when i went to download Nyx, I really want to see more of this game in action. I'll check back later when i get off of work.

Okay, so what do you guys wanna know about it?

I guess I can give you something to start you off with the discussion:
For starters, the game has quite the learning curve but when you finally get the hang of it with the Balance Board it's really rewarding. The BB adds a sense of realism and honestly, it's pretty cool and it should be the main reason why someone gets the game.

I'm in the process of uploading a series of videos so watch out for those (4 more). Take a look at this one when it processes. This was my very first run with the game. Don't laugh at me, laugh at the character when he falls and when his joints crack. XD

I was lol'ing sooo hard at that vid. You got up like... a foot high! I'll be downloading this if I ever get a balance board.

Lol, I'm glad you found it funny. You should see one of the vids I'm uploading right now. You'll laugh even harder at the way he falls off. XD

Did you see at the end what I was doing? Waving my hands as if saying "Help me! Help me!" XD

, the way that character moved is hilarious, when you were waving your arms LOL, it seems a bit imposible for a real person to stay in that last position for that long, I think.
So, do you think is worth it if you don't have a BB?

The way his limbs flop around looks kinda creepy. o,O This seems to be a very touch game from the looks of it though.

@Twilight: I can't say for sure since I've been playing with the Balance Board. I only played non-BB on one try (that video is uploading also).

I really wish the uploading process would co-operate better....

I wish I could get past my utter hatred for the Balance Board.

You'd better if you wanna experience (and enjoy) some innovative games.

i don't know if it's going to happen. I'd rather set myself on fire than use it. But I have to in order to fully review this WiiWare game.

Lol. Well like I said it has a slightly steep difficulty curve at the beginning so be aware of that. Once you get the controls down, it works great!

Well I'm about to find out. I'm just finishing up this Brain Age review and then I'm on it.

Oh, two reviews this week, hm? Sounds like you're busy! I'm sure the quality will still be top-notch. I'm actually quite looking forward to the review of Arts and Letters.

I would've gotten NyxQuest if I could have. RnR Climber is all I could get.
