I can't decide which one I want more; a points card for my DSi/Wii, or LKS. I have enough to buy either one, but I think I want a points card more, because of the Art Style that came out last week, and several other good ones out soon. So what is your opinion on this dialemma? I have until Wednesday to choose.
You getting 'em? @minial100 precipice is awesome. Your avatar is from LKS, however. If you want the game that much, of course it's going to be a great experience, just look at the reviews. There's plenty of stuff to get on both download services, though, so your pick. EDIT: LKS is the 11th highest-rated Wii game right now.
Wow... I think I'll wait for... A week before I get LKS... I'll go get a points card for both maybe! Maybe I'll go scrounge in my closet for some cash and see if I can get both?
@Odnetnin: I really want them, but OverTurn and Musketeers are on my must-have list as well. It all depends on what I get first, which is going to be a b***h to decide.
on a side note for all germans: MediaMarkt seems to have a NintendoPoint-Sellout. Here im Düsseldorf they sold 2000 Cards for 15 Euros and 3000 Cards for 22 Euros. instantly bought two 3000 cards for 44 euros. so awesome!!
LKS is a 40 hour retail game. For that money you can get around 4 smaller, yet still great, quality titles, leading to more variety.
It's up to you, but if you have a 360, I would say get points for that to spend on Splosion Man and Shadow Complex (when it comes out). And also anything else you might have missed like Braid, Castle Crashers, Monkey Island, Geometry Wars, and if you feel like it, Battlefield 1943.
Yea, I'm getting a points card. I'll probably use it on my DSi, but what suggestions do you have for the Wii shoop channel? I recently went through ALL my Nintendo Powers to look through all the games that are available (Wii), and wrote down all the ones I wanted. Wanna help me decide what I should get? World of Goo and Water Warfare are both awesome (especially the former), and both Zelda games are all-time classics. The Marios are too, I guess. I don't have any of the BIT.TRIP titles, but I know they are both ridiculously hard (not trying to turn you off on them, though). Defend Your Castle is fine for what it is, but your points are probably better spent on other games from this list. Overturn doesn't sound particularly compelling to me, but who knows? And I'm most likely getting NyxQuest today and would bet it's one of the very best WiiWare titles. Good for you about precipice, btw. All of the other games on that list look at the very least decent to me, so your choices should just be a matter of taste for the most part. Let me know your favorite genres and we'll talk a bit more. (Genres are especially important if you like puzzle games and/ or platformers.)
You're guesses were spot on. LOVE platformers and puzzlers, and shooters are good too. I downloaded every single Art Style on the DSi. I want a good Mario platformer BTW... Current going to get: Mario World (Could change) Water Warfare (could change) So that leaves... 800 pts.
