Should I try MM again? I've owned it twice, but never liked it because of the save limit. I was thinking that putting it into suspend mode and leaving the Wii on when I'm not playing it (sleeping, consulting GameFAQs, etc) would help.

I don't think N64 games support the Suspend Play feature.

You should give it another chance. It took me awhile to get past the save system also.

You can quicksave at owl statues, which effectively suspends the game without the need to leave your system on.

Thanks everyone. Perhaps if I consult GameFAQs regularly I can actually get past Clock Town.

However, not even GameFAQs will convince me to get Zelda II.

But give MM another try. GameFAQs is your friend to help with event timing and such. Once you get into the swing of things (and like SuperToad said, Inverted Song of TIme is a MUST), you'll probably enjoy it.
