we just released the final "Making of" blog entry for our upcoming Wii Ware game "Jett Rocket". It's entitled "From Vision to Wii". This time we shed some light on the creation of the actual environments in Jett Rocket.
This was the most interesting part yet! So many small details that add together and make the game look fantastic. You mention global lighting which makes a great difference to the graphics, but is that the same thing as global illumination? I remember people saying the Wii couldn't do that...
