Silent Hill: Shattered memories definately interests me. When I get my Wiii fixed I'll be sure to pick it up BTW I'm glad that you've fallen back in love with your Wii and I hope to do the same one day.

DO NOT listen to Swerd_Murd about Cursed Mountain! Nothing against the guy, but he is very wrong about it. If you are into survival horror games as much as you say you are, you will definately like it. It is slower paced than a lot of games, but the atmosphere is incredible. As far as horror games go in the Wii's library, I'd rank it up there with Shattered Memories. Definately worth a look if you like the genre.

As for the topic at hand, I've never had anything against the Wii other than Nintendo's handling of the VC. I just stopped downloading VC games and began to buy the old retro systems and buy the games that I know will never appear on the VC. So for a while there my Wii was not hooked up, but I never abandoned the system and I knew there were still a ton of great games I needed to get for it. A couple of weeks ago I went on a Wii game buying spree and bought 4 titles I had been meaning to get, so my Wii is getting a lot of love now

Otherwise there really isn't that many experiences on the Wii that aren't done better on the PlayStation 3. I say that while owning a Wii collection that is twice as large as my PS3 collection, but I will say this: Nintendo is very lucky that the 3rd parties discovered the best way to sell on the console was to price games at 1/2 to 1/3 the PS3 price.

The reason I have so many Wii games is I don't feel compelled to play the bad ones too much because the price of entry is lower and I don't mind getting some duds. I have to really WANT a PS3 game.

The only full-priced Wii game I've bought all year was Samurai Warriors 3.

I'll be mean to my Wii, as soon as Halo:Reach comes out.

Never been mean to my Wii... I've been very mean to the PS3, but it just doesn't give me the same experiences of joy.

Yeah see that's what I've always loved. I recently got a PS3 and I'm having trouble finding a ton of games that really appeal to me. Nintendo has always had a diverse library, and the Wii is full of the cool, quirky stuff that I really like.

Thx for the advice, mayne. I've been seeing Cursed Mountain used everywhere, it's been tough not buying it on impulse, but now I'll just throw the $15 down. I need some more survival horror in my life.

You know, the Wii is just awesome, im 15 years old and my parent don't let me buy M games (no, not ever GTA: chinatown), but well I don't got problems, with the Wii I can buy extremly cool games that are T or even E, and Wii got the great characters (mario, samus, zelda, link, donkey kong, kirby), with the PS3 or Xbox 360 if you see the IGN to reviewd games for those 2 consoles, you will find a 99% or games are Mature games, maybe expet for little big planet but it is just 1 game, if I buy one of those consoles what will I do?? Also most of the games that are coming to PS3 and Xbox 360 are also coming to the computer, so I can just buy them for te computer. PS3 and Xbox 360 got most of all FPS, I really don't like FPS, and I can't buy Mature games, so it will will really stupid if I buy one of those consoles. With the Wii I can have cool games, clasic games, awesome games, but there is also games for hardcre people, I preffer the Wii over the other consoles ALOT!!!

I think with a lot of awesome games coming to wii like DQX and DKCR ill love my wii for years to come

Yeah, I think the Wii is the perfect console for the E rated or T rated gamer, no doubt.

I played DKCR at E3 and it was OUT OF CONTROL. Really took me back to the early 90's, and the level design is meticulously beautiful. Sorry for the ignorance, but what is DQX?

Yes turn basses RPG's, I just don't find the logical fo the super Gore games and with lots of blood, I just find those games stupid, when I was watching the xbox 360 E3, I was like "these is stupid, every single game was M, and most of them were games with alot of blood. Also in the PS3 E3, i hear a guy saying that the PS3 was the only console that got games for everyone, I also find that stupid, the Wii console is the one that got games for everyone, the PS3 got most of Mature games and FPS and super gore games that are really NOT for everybody.

I'm still in that place, the one where I was playing GC and wondering what Revolution had in store for me. The Wii, is more than I could have hoped for. I'm happy.

I have Resident Evil: Zero for the GC. Do you NEED an Archives version, or would u be fine playing the GC version on your Wii? Cuz I'd be more than happy to pass it along to you if you want to trade a game of similar value or something? I don't really want it, but I don't want to trade it in for like $2, I'd rather give it to someone who will enjoy it...
