I love TP, but I hate hate hate the sumo section of it. The rest is awesome. For the charming graphics and exploration fun, though, as well as the sailing (yes, I love the sailing, while I know many don't), WW is my favourite Zelda game.
I didn't like the sumo section because it made no sense. Having on Iron Boots does not give you the ability to push a much bigger opponent out of the ring!

Comparing metroid to zelda is like eggs and bacon both games were awesome. (and you kind of need both to get the full flavour..lol)
While agree that a breakfast with both eggs and bacon is very satisfying, In terms of the relative protein vs fat ratio, eggs are the better way to go. Eggs are Metroid, btw.
I hated it because I was forced to do it, it wasn't very much fun, and (to be honest) I found it difficult. As a little mini-game or side-quest, it might have been amusing, but as something I'm forced to do in order to progress through the game, its awful. ...in my opinion ^^
I agree, but at least the boss fight where you use the boots was more interesting, if not a bit too easy.
I don't love it as much as Wind Waker (it's my favorite game of all time) but it's a brilliant game nevertheless. In fact, I'd go as far as saying it's my second favorite Zelda game--even above Ocarina of Time. I've played through it 5 times! (I've probably played Ocarina around a gazillion times, though)
Note that I said FAVORITE Zelda game. If I were to rank the BEST Zelda games my opinions would be quite different.

No silly, that wasn't the point. The iron boots make you heavier than you would normally be, and therefore you're not as easy to push out of the ring. Before you had the iron boots you could always grab the gorons rolling toward you, but you would lose your footing and fall eventually because you were so light. THAT'S why you have the iron boots. To make you as heavy as a goron.
To be honest those were some of my favorite parts of the game.

I thought this was a great game, too. One of my favorite aspects of the game was how Midna and Link developed a relationship throughout the adventure. Link couldn't stand her at first, but they came to be friends. I love the personalities of certain people in the game as well. Kakariko village felt like it had a much bigger role in this game than in previous iterations.
