I do so by series. All the Mario games I have are on the first page listed by row for the consoles they appeared on (NES, SNES, N64) then I have games of the same series in rows or columns depending on what fits best. Or if they aren't in a series, then just grouped together by the console they appear on. its fun to arrange your games exactly as you want them to appear. of course there's no real reason for doing so other than for appearances sake though.

1st page: the first six channels that come with the Wii
2nd page: other Wii channels and vc games (in order of release)
3rd page: game channels (Mario Kart and Rabbids channels)
4th page: unused, probably a wiiware section

wii menu: all the channels, including the wii speak channel and the mario kart channel

sd card menu: first there´s the bit trip games, then the pay and play ones, then the FPS´s next the Rebirth games and lastly the others are just random

I keep the first page as empty as possible. It has my most-played games and channels arranged in a way that doesn't cause any clutter.
Wii First page: Water Warfare, ExciteBike: WR, Cue Sports: Pool Revolution, Internet Channel and Photo Channel.
Wii Second page: Weather, News, Shop and Mii. (I only go to page 2 for the shop, pretty much.)

SD Page 1: All of my other VC & WiiWare titles alphabetized.
SD Page 2: Nintendo channel, Votes, Mario Kart Channel and Check Mii Out. (I barely use any of these.)

Alphabetically... That's it. I'm kind of OCD about that sort of thing.

It's only at that point you realize just how many games started with the word "Super".
