Wow. Follow-up question: do the people who keep games they dislike on their SD cards also wear hairshirts or publicly flog themselves?

No, I might purchase "a game I don't like in the end" at times ....but I wouldn't buy a hairshirt

Publicly flog.. uh, that can happen randomly, heheh.

Nope. But did you erase the songs you didn't like off of the cassettes you purchased?

I never bought cassettes; rubbish format for pre-recorded music. If I taped stuff (or now put stuff on my iPod) I didn't record songs I didn't like from LPs/CDs; I certainly don't rip songs I don't like from albums and add them to my digital music library.

That was you? The one guy that never had a prerecorded cassette throughout the 80s? Or is it the "purchased" part we're getting hung up on? It is a crap format though, I'll give you that.

I bought LPs until the record companies stopped making them to force everyone to buy CDs. Metal tape for recording and kept my LPs in excellent condition for sale to buy the CD issues later.

I think I did buy a few pre-recorded cassettes used, but only if no LP was to be found.
