I don't swear during a game because I'm getting any benefit. I'm swearing because I had 89 purple coins and accidentally fell to my death for the 15th time in a row. I try not to swear, but it does sometimes come out in situations like that.

when playing with friends I alternate between this

with the very occasional "haha", "nice" or "you bastard"
I rarely get angry playing games and if I ever do get frustrated (usually because of a stupidly hard section) I grit my teeth and try to grind my way through it (with great reward at the end). If I keep failing in single player I'll turn it off and do something else. If its multiplayer I'll keep going till the end of the round if its really bad, say "good game" and quit.

Yeah I do that with pretty much every game. Make sarcastic comments at the characters, insult the goombas as I jump on their heads...yeah. I should probably get some help.
