Topic: Do the codes in super star wars still work in the VC version?

I've tried the one for the debug menu and It's just not working. I'm going as fast as I can and nothing's happening. These codes for the super starwars games are insane. Way too many buttons to press. I never could do them right. Can anyone confirm if they still work?

Stuffgamer1 said something about them on a news page about it. I think he said they still work, but you might want to double check. You do need another controller for them to work. Do you have 2 plugged in/turned on?

Yeah I know you need two controllers. I checked for the codes online and it says if they are entered correctly you should hear a Jawa scream but I'm not hearing it. I guess I'm still not fast enough.

Who ever decided to make these codes so long should be dragged out into the street and shot. Why not keep it simple like the good old Konami code? You know ↑↓←→ a,b, start? Geeze man gimmie a break Lucasarts!

Aparently not. I just tried it again several times as fast as I could and I was pretty sure I had the pattern down pefect and still nothing. Ugh I hate when codes don't work! If anyone out there gets them working let me know cause it's driving me crazy!

Would somebody please tell me how to do the debug cheat with two Gamecube controllers!? THIS GAME MAKES MEGA MAN LOOK LIKE A CAKEWALK!!

I just figured out how to do the debug cheat. You have to do it right the first time the game gets loaded up. If you mess up re load the game and try again. Don't return to the wii menu and make a save state or it won't work. Turn the wii completely off and back on then restart the game by clicking on the actual channel it's on. So it's confirmed now. The cheats do work.
