I doubt its true. The twitter account proabbly dosnet actually belong to him. Why would he be talking about a mario game that nintendo dosent want the public to know about yet?

Why would Martinet tease a new Mario game over Twitter?

I don't consider Twitter a good way because anyone can fake it. How do we know it's not fake?
We don't know that it isn't fake, just like when people claimed that Nintendo officially announced a new Smash Bros on Twitter a few months ago. There is a chance it is real, we will have to wait and see.

You have to remember this isn't an official announcement. But that doesn't mean it isn't real. He would obviously know when they are making a new Mario game, and Twitter is for telling people what you are doing at the moment. It probably wasn't officially announced yet because it isn't that far into development.

Yeah, but Nintendo also has a policy stating when and how much you can talk about a developing game (i forgot what it is called). Also, as I've pointed out before, there's no proof that this is really Martinet's twitter.

I don't blame you about not believing rumors. And your right, there isn't any proof this is really his Twitter, but there is a good chance that it is. It was created just a few months ago, so there is a very good chance that it is false.
