Silim chances of that happening; like with a New Play Control version of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker! I know we all want these classic GameCube games to be remade with Wii controls; but it has to be up to Nintendo if they're going to support the New Play Control series any farther than what we already got!

Yeah I know; they're taking forever with that! I bet Nintendo'll announce it for a holiday release if they still plan to keep the rest of the NPC games for 2009!

I cant see why they wouldnt continue to remake new play contol games throughout the wiis life cycle because most of the hard work is done. However I dont think that Double Dash would benefit from New Play Controls because it sold soooo well before and there is a lot of people that still use Gamecube controls on Mario Kart wii that it would just be easier and cheaper to pick up a copy of the original.

The way I see it, anybody who cares in the first place would have gotten the original instead of waiting for a remake. From what I've heard everyones sick of remakes or ports, so wanting more of them isn't going to help. Maybe this is why they were planning the motion controller for the GameCube because they saw alot of games that they wanted to use motion for. But instead they made a new system. I'm not going to buy them because I have all the original stuff, the only thing I was thinking of buying was the Metroid Prime Trilogy, but I already have the originals so whats the point? I know there added motion but there's a reason Metroid Prime 3 was an advancement to the first two, now thats not true anymore...
I did want NPC Wind Waker but I don't know now. Wouldn't they have to flip everything around so Link was right-handed? Like in TP? It might feel weird. I do want them to release Chibi-robo here though.

Whilst I agree that anybody who cared would have got it in the first place, the wii has sold so much better than the Gamecube had that there are many new customers that may never have had the chance before and I know that these people still have a chance to go out and buy these Gamecube titles and play them on the wii, but Nintendo will see this as a chance for printing more money. I have so many Gamecube games that still look and play well by todays standards that I can understand why Nintendo would like to a wii controls to them and sell them at a budget price of £19.99.... come to think of it so of the Gamecube titles that they are selling as new pla control can actually retail for more than £19.99 second hand. I never got the original metroid prime games on the cube because I never liked the control system, up until then I only really liked PC FPS, but I have enjoyed the control system on the wii. This makes the Prime Trilogy an absolute bargain for me but I can totally understand why it wouldnt apeal to someone who had got them first time round.

I'd like a NPC Double Dash! It should be optimized for the Wii Wheel and have more tracks like you said. It should also add the congratulations picture to the Wii's photo channel. It also should have some extra features for those of us who have a Mario Kart Wii save file! Mario Super Sluggers is fun, but I think they should have went with a NPC Mario Superstar Baseball instead!
What they really should do is make a New Play Control Luigi's Mansion!
