Topic: THOUGHT: Why Not Replace Game Play Trailers With Commercials

Since the release of the "Virtual Console", "NINTENDO" wanted gamers to feel nostalgic. So why not take it an extraa step and replace the trailers with commercials as substitutes.

EDIT: Since there's been confusion (I'm extremely sorry on my part) I'm making an edit to clarify. All I'm saying is that why not replace the trailerswith something even more retro like retro commercials.

Aren't trailers commercials?

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

I think OP means that Nintendo should consider using retro commercial footage in the trailers for some of their games.

Ah, I see. Well in that case, yes, Nintendo should definitely bring back commercials like this:

They'll sell millions!

Nintendo needs more commercials in general. If they had a variety of Wii U commercials then I wouldn't see the harm in one of those commercials featuring their VC games. But I'd just like to see commercials for Wii U at all. Every once in a while I see one, but it's not very often. Meanwhile, I see ps4 commercials all the time. Nintendo does know that commercials are effective in the west, right?

Yeah, bring back retro commercials. Sorry for the misinterpretation.

Why. Do you think they'd be SO HAPPY TOGETHER or something?

Oh, I see what you mean. But, yeah, don't replace the trailers, just add the old commercials.
