Topic: Splatoon - OT

I've had some rounds where I've done really well with the carbon roller... That round definitely wasn't one of them...

Wow, I did good with the Splattershot there. I'm going back to that weapon now

It keeps disconnecting when I try to join, so I'll have to restart my Wii U

It's been awhile since I used the kelp splatterscope, it used to be my main before I switched to the 3K. I really like the faster charging time with it.

After this next match in going to take a break for a bit. May come back on later for tower control.

I might play a bit of TC in a bit but need a break as well.

Same! Sorry we didn't do that well... Splat Zones is by FAR my worst mode. For Splat Zones I feel more like a B- than an S! XD

So i been wondering why i been playing worse than before with the Luna Blaster. I think its the update nerf. Near miss shots do much less damage and its harder to double splat inbetween 2 inklings and i think i finally actually have to aim instead of shooting wildly.

I've had Splatoon for quite a while now and have never had any connectivity issues. My internet seems fine for all other games but today for some reason Splatoon isn't letting me play.

What's odd is that I can always connect to a group - and then the map always loads - but it then just loops the panning over the level a couple of times after the music starts - never getting to the bit where the inklings pop up... Every. Single. Time.

Seems strange considering it always lets me get that far. Has anyone else had this issue?

Have you tried turning your Wii U off and on again? I had an issue earlier where I could see some friends were online, but had a connection error whenever I tried to join. Switching off and on sorted it out for me.

@crimsontadpoles: Yeah, I have tried that. Didn't seem to help I'll give it a go tomorrow and see how I go from there. Thought there might have been an issue with the servers or something but people seem to be splatting away quite happily

Anyone up for some Tower Control right now?

I was very close to reaching S+ rank today, I was at 95, but then I got the worse luck ever. I would constantly be teamed up with players who would ignore the rainmaker, goes for the kills without killing anything and players not using "C'mon!" properly. Though my ranking wasn't hit too badly since my rank is still at a healthy S 67, I just wish my luck with matchmaking wasn't so bad.

@yokokazuo I can squad for about an hour if your still playing?
