I definitely like the Splash-o-Matic. To me it feels like the cooler version of the Aerospray.
I also really enjoyed the Splash-o-Matic. I'll never understand why people passed it off as a cheap knock-off Aerospray (or why they do that with all new weapons), as I felt they both had key differences that split them apart.
I'm kind of bored with Don't Starve (after 35 hours, heh), and the girlfriend is out of town, so my night is probably going to be all Splatoon all the time. Let's see how close to level 20 I can get (currently at 14).
@MasterWario So your saying pass ahead of the splat zone and get some kills in while your team focuses on the splat zone?
I do this as well depending on the stage and some times I'll even take out the first 2 players expecting my teammates to mop up behind me.........sometimes I expect too much. O.o

Im usually the first on the scene go right down to covering the zone but obviusly get splatted almost immediately. I can see how taking the offensive first is smarter in the long run.
Why does everyone freak out when they see Japanese players?? I've seen just as many great western players as I've seen Japanese players. I've been in rooms with all Japanese players and never left. I've seen very few great Japanese players tbh. Overall I can hold my own against a majority of them!
That's one of the biggest stereotypes in gaming that may have been true 20 years ago but is nonsense now that gaming is mainstream in western culture. I too have the stereotype wired in my brain, whenever I would see Japanese players I'd go "Yeah I'm dead." In hindsight it was mostly because they were already level 20 on launch day and had access to better weapons. Now I see no difference between Japanese and western players. And the two occasions on which I've had a team mate in ranked mode that only painted turf... Japanese.
You ARE aware that kills mean next to nothing in this game, right? There's no mode in this game where it actually matters what your KD ratio is. Not that you shouldn't try to get kills, but that shouldn't be your focus. Turf, not kills, wins the match. This applies to Ranked mode, too.
I am getting extrememly aggravated with the fact that I keep getting kicked in every game I am playing! In Mario Kart 8 and Smash Bros I have been playing games with little lag and they've been perfect!!! What is wrong?
FC !!- isss....4253-4623-9624 Thank you , u add me i will add u back !! :D
My NNID is NickStrife and my Mii is NickStrife so if you see me out there in either Mario Kart 8 or Smash or Splatoon thats probably me!

I don't think you're talking to me but I'll add that wins almost count for next to nothing either. Without some stat keeping it's all mostly pride in a way. At least in Turf Wars. Ranked mode of course winning is more of the point and shows in your rating.

> Play ranked mode
> My team's timer is 60, other team 70 or something
> Winning
> They get the zone.
> 5 seconds left, they can't win
> Extra time, allows them to get exactly 59
I don't think I've ever been this angry.
I'm oretty sure most games do this. It gives the losing team one last chance to pull out a victory. This means that you can't rest on your haunches and just expect you're gonna win because your counter is liwer. You have to play hard to the very end. Overtime doesn't last just long enough, by the way. If the losing team takes the lead in overtime, they win. If the winning team removes the losing team from the zone in overtime, they win.

The losing team has to be in control when time runs out to go to overtime. All the winning team needs to do is make them lose control to win. If the losing team gets the lead it's game over.

Is there even a place where you can see your stats or is there even a stats keeping ? im pretty sure theres none so why would you even care of your K/D ? not that it matters anyway, nobody is going to look at your stats.

I thought that was what I said. XD But it's a bit trickier if there is more than one splat zone.
