Does Wii Fit U require a Balance board? I thought that Meter it comes with was the new thing for it? Not that matters, Balance Boards cost, like $20 at most, usually a lot less.

That's because the retail price ended up being "cheaper" in Japan to begin with once the Yen became weaker...
