The problem is other then their word that it's still coming We have no visual proof in 2 years now. Yoshi's wasn't even announced till a year ago and is looks like it's coming along fine. Your comparison is way off is all we are saying. Even when Yoshi's was first announced we got more day one then this game.
Yarn Yoshi was first announced almost 2 years ago in a Nintendo Direct. The footage (basically a Kirby's Epic Yarn adaption of Yoshi) that was shown there had very few similarities to the game that was shown at E4 2014. AFAIK, nothing was shown between these two events, so I'd say the situation is pretty similar to SMTxFE.
Well, They started developing Majora's Mask 3D in 2011, and it''s coming out in 2015. If rumours are correct, the development of SMTxFE began in December 2012, just one month before the legendary direct. If it takes four years of on-off development to do MM3D, it will take more than that to make a Wii U game. Especially when Sega-Sammy invested into Index during development, it could have been on hold for quite a while.
I honestly do believe they haven't shoved anything because there has been nothing to show.
