I've always wanted another Mario & Luigi RPG but with Wario & Waluigi. Plenty of dialogue to get to know the characters. It could either be the two teams teaming up (Partners in Time style) or maybe their own game.

MOST ANTICIPATED WiiU GAMES:

Just add Waluigi to WarioWare and I'll be happy. He is supposed to be Wario's friend or something; why don't they hang out more often?
Having said that, he's obviously the best Nintendo character ever and deserves to be added to all future games such as "Captain Waluigi Treasure Tracker" and "Waluigi Maker" and "Waluigi Chronicles X".
What about a game that's like GTA, but stars both Wario and Waluigi. It's more kid-friendly though, it just combines microgames with adventure, and crime. Hey, they are ''partners in crime''
Not a bad idea at all..... I was going to say that we should wait and see how Todd's Treasure Tracker pans out before we delve into this but I think this has some potential- and could be really funny, parodying existing shooters
Super Wario Bros. where they have to save Wapeach from Wabowser. And in ever castle Watoad says "I'm not sorry but your princess is in another castle."
I think the idea of a stealth/heist game with comedy elements starring Waluigi could be interesting. Something like Sly Cooper games, if Sly Cooper was incompetent at actual thievery.
Example: Waluigi goes to rob a bank and is absolutely terrible at it. The focus of the game is undoing and overcoming everything in the heist going wrong. Amusing antics ensue.
So Anakin kneels before Monster Mash and pledges his loyalty to the graveyard smash.

This is also a good idea since Waluigi has that tall and lanky build and maybe we'll get to see him use some more of that weird power from Mario Hoops 3 on 3.

I was thinking this too. It could be fun but what weapons and vehicles though I agree since Nintendo now has something to put in the shooter market(Splatoon) if they could make a rival to GTA for kids or kid friendly that would be great for them.
Power Glove, Super Scope, Splatoon Gun, Nes Zapper, etc.
So I'm guessing for vehicles they'll have the Wario car and the Waluigi racer.

Waluigi has yet to reach a point where he deserves his own game but as @DestinyMan said, he should really appear in the WarioWare series. Not sure about the Wario Land games but still...

2. Now when he gets more fame, he appears in a WarioWare game. A main role, not cameo.
3. He makes more cameos in Nintendo games... (or playable)
4. BOOM! His game gets announced.
