Topic: Star Fox 64's Best kept secret

Star Fox 64 has A LOT of secrets and difficult tricks, I mean I Just NOW made It to Aquas despite owning the game since the 90's

But there Is an even bigger secret some people still wonder If It even exists
I found out about It from a brief mention In a magazine, I think It was something like "Battle In the air, by tank or hoof It on foot"
Like, I knew about the landmaster, I actually unlocked that... but on foot? I figured It mustve been a lie or mistake as those magazines sometimes spread misinformation

Fast forward to the birth of youtube and I finally see FOOTage of on foot mode and I asked how to unlock It and got so many different answers to the point I'm still not 100% sure how to unlock It even now
and there aren't even that many videos of on foot mode In action last I checked

So to the best of my knowledge and people telling me different things to get on-foot mode you need to get medals on every single level which unlocks expert mode AND THEN get every medal on expert mode
Do you know how hard It Is to get one medal? You need I think 170 hits which means perfectly timing charged shots and there are even parts where you fly through certain gaps to spawn hidden enemies, you don't get a lot of bombs and that venom 1 medal Is literally Impossible and people told me to take the alternate route as venom 2 Is much easier because It has more enemies

I really want to get on foot mode especially now since N64 for switch has online, Imagine running around online as peppy, fox, falco and slippy goldeneye style trying to shoot eachother down
