According to the Mods around here anything that isnt current generation is retro. So anything from Gamecube era back is considered retro. I personally dont agree with that but they are the mods.
You know that just because they moderate this website doesn't mean they're correct, right?

At the moment I'd probably say it's retro. Sure the GBA Micro came out late, but when a lot of the games for the system came out in the early 2000s and now it's 2013, I think that's a long enough gap that the system can be considered retro.
