This topic is about your thoughts on a possible PS3 Price Drop at any time and any rumors or news that you are to find on the matter. It was supposedly announed that the PS3 production cost has been cut by 70% leading up to this August and the production cost is no around $250, I wounder if this will mean a price-drop.
Why must everyone say their topic is official? o.O I sure hope there is a price-drop as that's the only thing keeping me from getting a PS3. It sure couldn't hurt PS3 sales either.

Same here from getting a PS3 and I call it official becuase I couldn't find any other forums on this.
I just got an itouch. So, no longer interested in a PS3. (If you don't see the connection, it's $$.)

I think alexsays doesn't care because he's already got one. I've had it in the back of my mind for a long time to get a PS3 if the price drops, so bring it on!
@Supermarioman: You can edit the title to "UnOffical" you know. And good luck getting a war started here, the reason the "PS3 is better than 360" thread got so much attention was because it was a war from the first post. This is just a price drop discussion.
