Easily. I haven't been Chris since I unlocked the ability to be Sheva. The only time I'm Chris is when I play mercenaries and that is for the shotgun not him.
Man, the beginning part of the trailer with Leon and the zombie outbreak was awesome, the rest? Well....It almost looks like Gears of War meets Call of Duty. It looks like even more of a departure. Still incredibly stoked for this.
I wonder if they don't split it up? Like Leon's story be more old school RE horror and Chris's story more action.

People have been crying that you can't run and shoot at the same time which is crap. If you want to play a shooter like that there are about a million to chose from... I know COD is hated around these parts but I'm a fan that said I don't what RE to be anything like it.

Oh wow just saw the Trailer and I'm getting all hyped. Good to see Leon back this time. I still never got around to playing RE 5 though. At this point I'm not sure it's worth getting a PS3 just for that. Hardly any other games interest me.

Looks like Vanquish or Max Payne to me. At 2:55 Leon slides backwards on his @$$ while shooting zombies. This isn't old school Resident Evil at all, but I'm sure it will still be a cool action game.
If they port it to the Wii U then I'll probably end up getting it. If not, then oh well... I've got Revelations for now and I'll just wait for the next one.
The game is arriving on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on November 20, 2012. A PC version is coming at a later date. Capcom describes the game as a "blending action and survival horror" and is "the most ambitious, immersive and feature rich title of the series to date and promises to be the dramatic horror experience of the year."
The trailer did look awesome but I hope its not completely action based and that there's at least some more horror focused sections too. I hope this will be on Wii U along with a port of RE5. I also noticed that there are two new characters and it may be too early to say this but from what was shown in the the trailer, the new male main character looks both annoying and extremely generic. @Waveboy I see what you mean about the bland and uninspired colour scheme partway through the trailer. I hope that there isn't too much of that in the game.

It's not going to play like them, but it's definitly rocking the same brown and grey color scheme further on in the trailer...It has a resemblance appearance wise during that portion of the trailer. While the beginning feels like resident Evil if anything.
I honestly don't see it. Every Resident Evil (besides 5), has this "Gears of War look" that you throw around so much. It's supposed to dark and hopeless.
