@Stuff.... I really wish they could pull off PS2 backwards compatibility so I didnt have to buy another lol. Im borrowing my dads to play thru MGS 2 and Snake Eater at the moment. I think Splinter Cell Collection was confirmed as well awhile back, not sure on that one. I know a MGS Collection should most definably happen. I will be there picking up my copy on release day

@Strofan... MGS4 WILL get a trophy patch if the collection hits, mark my words on it! Kojima has stated a few times he will bring trophies to the game.

@Smithers.... umm yeah i think it does, your PS3 pulls a lot more power when running online so it heats up a good bit more and its the fan you are hearing. If its really loud you need to make sure your PS3 is in a good ventilated spot or it could overheat giving you the YLOD

Congrats on another plat! I noticed Tomb Raider Underworld was available on the PSN but I didn't realize is was only $15. How difficult was the platinum? I still have yet to earn my first so I think I might download this.

Quick question: are PSPs region locked? Some Japan only games I would like to invest in potentially.

Also, Wizardry on PS3: If you like Etrian Odessy, and can understand basic Japanese, game of the year, I reckon.

@waltz... psp isn't region locked for downloadable or disc based games. Buy away mt friend. I'd love to try Wizardry! EO3 is amazing!

@Roopa.... REMEMBER.... DLC doesnt work if you buy it from a different region! If your LBP is a German copy then the only DLC that will work is from the German store. Just dont want to see you loose money man.

Mubi is the newly-released on-demand movie service for the PSN (though I dunno if it's been released in the US yet). It's an awesome resource of old, restored, and archive films. The kind of stuff you don't find in video shops (or even online video shops), but for film buffs like myself, it's the kind of stuff we like watching.

Tecmo Koei merged a while ago, but as I'm not such a huge fan of Tecmo (like, at all), I tend to ignore the stuff that comes from Tecmo's IP stable. Ninja Gaidan never did it for me, though obviously for the company's overall success I hope it sells in bucketloads.

There's a few million Warriors games coming (Dynasty Warriors 7, Dynasty Warriors Online, Samurai Warriors 3 on PlayStation, Warriors: Legends of Troy), and a couple of non-Warriors games that use the basic gameplay style, such as just-released Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage, as well as a game which name escapes me for a moment, but is essentially Warriors: Fantasy.

Then, in Japan there's Nobunaga's Ambition on the PS3, and anything else Koei decides to release for just that audience.

@SilentJ: If you use a guide to find all of the Treasures and Relics (some of which are absurdly difficult/unlikely to find without), it's really quite easy...for me, anyway. Your mileage may vary, depending on gaming skill/familiarity with the series gameplay (Legends forward). I really blew through the second run for the Trophy for beating the game on the hardest difficulty.

@Stuff... hands down on the Underworld Platinum. Those treasures are insane and there is what 200 of em. Ive yet to finish the game as its also one I let my bro borrow when I was like halfway through it because I was playing Borderlands like crazy then lol.

Man, the new PS3 and redownloading plus all the Move patches have had me wrapping up old game a lot. Going back to some of these games is really fun. I had forgot how much fun Pain is and Move really made it even more fun. Finishing up Trine is on my list as well. I did beat like a lot of games while I was out after my surgery and have really narrowed my gaming collection down and Im quite happy about it lol. DLC and Sly Cooper Collection is my main focus until Dead Space 2 and GT5 lol.

I just lost trophies again. I just fired up Anarchy and all my trophies are gone and I entered my garage and bam... still got all my cars but got a new trophy for entering the garage for the first time. Infamous had some trophy wipes as well.

@slap that sucks man, im almost through one complete playthrough of infamous ( i already beat it on bad but i have some blast shards to get etc)

Woo! Less then 30 hours till Black Ops! Can't wait! Will be picking mine up Wednesday so I hope I can play with you guys.

@Smithers... yep, I just lost like 30 that I can tell. Ive had issues with my account in the Playstation Rewards Beta and maybe that is it. Im not too worried about it though. My Platties are still there.

@slap oh my gosh i would be furious if my plats went away.....well i dont have any but if i did i would be mad
