Educate yourselves on the actual bill. It would require an economic loss by the copyright holder. Lets Plays would not (in theory) meet that standard. However, hosting sites like the 'Tube may be reluctant to allow such vids if the Bill were passed (which is not tremendously likely, as copyright protections have traditionally fallen in the civil, not criminal, domain). If you want to understand the content of the actual bill, stop reading internet fanboy reactions blogs and posts.

...So people doing game reviews or let's plays or something like that can be in trouble. They would have to get direct permission from the companies for every video or picture posted.
I doubt people doing reviews will get in trouble since a lot of publishers give reviewers early copies to review. I doubt youtube videos will be affected either since it would probably be up to the owners of the games to say anything and I'm sure they don't care.

I am totally and utterly against this ridiculous law. I don't agree with piracy, but I think this is a pointless, far-too-rash bill to even pass. Full-scale companies will get completely obliterated such as Machinima if this passes. They aren't even thinking of the repercussions. Nearly half of Youtube will be wiped out and only "positive" criticisms would be allowed by companies, eliminating our 1st Amendment Rights.
Even if it IS passed, I dought it'll last for long.
