Xkhaoz, you need to employ a download manager. I could ask what OS and browser you are using, but it's probably easier if you check this page, and go from there. Once you have a download manager installed, and you download TMNF through it, everything should be ok. :/ Let me know if there's any probs.
By the way, if you get bored of the Nadeo tracks, go here and fill your boots. Oh, and the majority of the track from the original Nations version of the site still work.
Oh, and check here for loads of car skins, although you may be warned that the focus of the site is on TrackMania United (which I recommend purchasing, you can get it for less than £10 these days).
