Topic: Dating ad referencing "Super Mario Bros. karting" (Marikar)

I don't think I imagined it. This US dating service called "Events & Adventures". Used to hear their radio ads like everyday among the junk on the radio.
But the relevant one was a month ago, about. The pitch was something like "Last year we went to Tokyo and experienced Super Mario Bros. Karting." Heard that once on the way to work, had my phone ready to clip it but never heard from them again. Not this or any other commercial.

Have to wonder if Nintendo heard it and gave 'em a little talk on trademarks, especially, well, we on NL surely know the story on Mari-Kar whereas some people using the above title PROBABLY aren't as up to date on the topic.
