Against my better judgement, I got Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe physically. I own the Wii original, but owning the Switch version doesn't hurt, right?
And yes, I'm part of the problem of the number of ports, remakes and remasters. But on Wii I paid 500 Mexican pesos in 2013, now on Switch I paid 1100 pesos.
Today I also bought a restocked Waddle Dee amiibo, for which I paid 400 pesos, the cheapest I've paid for a new amiibo in a while.
@NintendoByNature Thanks! I also received a small amount of eshop credit. Not sure if I should cave for a title or two on my wishlist since they're on sale or if I should use it to help finance the XC3 DLC. Hope you're having fun with Hades! That one intrigues me since I'm into Greek/Roman mythology, but I haven't had the best luck with roguelikes.
Currently playing: Pokemon Scarlet DLC, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury (Switch)
@Lony85 I'm looking forward to Metroid Prime Remastered and intend to play it before long. I've played it before through Metroid Prime Trilogy on the Wii U (digital), but that was some time ago now. I'm overdue for a Tallon IV revisit.
Skyward Sword HD is more for collection purposes, but I'll crack it open at some point.
Currently playing: Pokemon Scarlet DLC, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury (Switch)
going to be playing a little bit of Mega Man Battle network 1 from the Volume 1 collection. Never played Battle Network 1 or 1 back then when they were released for the Gameboy Advance/SP years ago
I purchased Azure Striker Gunvolt 3 for the Nintendo Switch. I really enjoyed Azure Striker 1, and 2 for the Nintendo 3DS. I purchased Monster Rancher 1&2 DX as well. This will be the first Monster Rancher game I ever played.

Nintendo Switch Sports. It's been a mix between playing local multiplayer with younger relatives over the holidays, and playing solo online. Overall, I'm liking Bowling, Golf and Chambara the most.

Went on my last big eShop splurge for the year (and hopefully most of next year too XD) this weekend and ended up coming home with a whopping TEN total games for just over €45. Normally I like to give a small paragraph about each game and why I chose them....but given how massive this list actually is, I thought it'd just be better to list them out here with a short and concise blurb attached XD
So, without further ado, these titles include:
Scott Pilgrim vs The World: The Game: Complete Edition (€4.90) - Fell in love with the source material in the latter half of the year and beat-em-ups with killer OSTs are a style of game that I absolutely adore.
SIGNALIS (€14) - Plan on doing another month of spooky-themed games for Halloween next year and Signalis has been on my radar for ages in general.
Star Ocean First Departure R (€6.30) - Oddly enough the one Square Enix RPG series that has intrigued me the most outside of Octopath Traveler; excited to see how the series goes (especially Second Story R!).
No More Heroes + NMH2: Desperate Struggle (€8 each) - Wanted to play No More Heroes for the better part of half a decade and couldn't think of a better time to finally grab the first two entries than now (especially since they're at their lowest digital price ever).
Yooka Laylee + YK & The Impossible Lair (€4 + €3) - Seemed like a nice pair of platformers to play in-between larger games (especially for those bonkers pricetags).
Bastion + Transistor (€2.50 + €3.35) - Already got Hades in the backlog as is and thought 'eh, why not grab the other two Supergiant games on Switch while I'm at it' XD
Dicey Dungeons (€1.50) - Became fixated on roguelikes last year and DD's whole conceit being based around pure luck piqued my curiosity immensely.
I swear I don't have a problem XD

@NintendoByNature Ghost Trick is far and away my GOTY for 2023: it pretty much does everything you'd want out of a narrative-driven puzzle/adventure game absolutely flawlessly and between the characters, animation and music, it's an experience that sticks with you long after you beat it (evident by the fact that I beat it in about 3 days at the start of July and still haven't been able to shut up about it XD).
Really hope you end up enjoying it as much as I (and many others like @Tyranexx) have over the past couple months/years!
