Topic: Who is excited for ARMS?

Wasn't sure if I should post a new topic for this. I looked for an existing topic but couldn't find one.

Anyways, After watching the video showing more details about ARMS I think it looks really good. The graphical style is top notch and the gameplay seems diverse enough.

My only concern is how many players there appears to be. I am not sure if there will only be 5 but I think that's a little on the low end if this is indeed true. For instance if you look at the original street fighter 2 there were 8 regular characters and 4 boss characters and to me that game had a low amount of playable characters. Now in a game like streetfighter 5 there are 24.

I hope when the game launches it will have at least 10 minimum otherwise I don't understand why anyone would pay 60 bucks for a game with 5 characters. If anything it should be 20 bucks like fast RMX if thats the case.

What are others thoughts?

I played the demo at the event. I remember playing as main guy, ribbon girl, big guy, and an armour girl. But you can change their arms. For example, the one character have an option of three weapons for left arm as well for right arm. Technically in the demo, there are 12 different arms. You can can normal left arm with different right arm and vice versa.

After playing this game, me and my brother want to play it some more. The motion controls take times to get used to.
