@FishyS Yeah, in this day and age they don't really need to introduce Selects, they can get a decent sales boost for older games by just running eShop discounts. It's a shame because I would have liked to pick up stuff like Kirby Star Allies for a more reasonable price, but at any rate we're not going to be seeing the same level of price reductions as we did last generation (Selects games on 3DS were £16 IIRC).
Thank you Nintendo for giving us Donkey Kong Jr Math on Nintendo Music
2025 seems it'll be the year of the twin stick shmups for me, lol. I recently played through Raiden Nova and enjoyed that. Now I'm going through Maid of the Dead and I'm enjoying it just as much...if not a little more. I've always been a fan of women kicking ass in video games.
And if I'm given a little fan service in addition to the ass kicking? All the better.
I never really look at Best Sellers section in the eShop— has it always listed 30 games? 🤔 Hello Kitty is first at the moment; I wonder what time period they calculate that with.
Hi everybody, I have a screenshot related problem. I am trying to get screenshots from my Switch to my phone. It used to let me do that, but it doesn't anymore, and it's really frustrating. I am able to scan the QR codes and everything, but the problem is that when I scan the second QR code and I open the link, it says "not found." My phone did give me a message saying "this wifi signal doesn't have an internet connection" so it may have to do with that... is there anything I should try? I'm stumped over here. Thanks in advance for your help.

@MarioVillager92 I've had that issue before. The way the transfer works is so weird since you have to get off of your phone's normal wifi and connect directly to the Switch instead. I occasionally have to manually stop my phone from reverting back to my normal wifi. I've also had to delete the memory (in wifi settings) of the previous time it connected to Switch so that it could try again fresh.
If neither of those two things work, Nintendo also has a suggestion to do it slightly more manually:
@FishyS Thank you kindly for your help. I did some experimenting (including disabling the setting that automatically connects to my regular wifi network), and from there I was able to get my screenshots... by using another app of all things. Earlier, I tried using Chrome, which just gave the "not found" error, but then I used the DuckDuckGo app that I had lying around on my phone, and surprisingly, it gave me my screenshots! I didn't know how to delete the memory in the wifi settings though, but I did find an option for restoring wifi and bluetooth settings. I didn't want to risk anything however.
So yeah, I got what I wanted in the end, even though it was kind of in a weird way. Thanks again for your help!

@MarioVillager92 usually somewhere in the wifi settings there is a list of previously connected things and if one (possibly under a weird name) relates to Switch you can select 'forget'.
But glad you got it working regardless. Nintendo made such a bizarre transfer method; I still don't understand why they couldn't just make it work with the NSO app, but hopefully Switch 2 will have a saner way to do it.
@FishyS Oh I did see that you could forget networks, yeah. I think it only lets me if I previously connected to them though. Yeah, I hope the Switch 2 will have a better way to transfer screenshots.

I watched a demo for The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy. As a Danganronpa fan, I like Rui Komatsuzaki's art. His characters are off-the-wall and cool. But another tactical rpg?
I have a substantial backlog of those as is.

Here I thought Perky Little Things was the most lewd game on Switch. However, now I think Shuttlecock-H is the closest thing to an h-game on Switch. Makes me wonder if it was the main cause for Nintendo to revise their game submission guidelines? I've never seen something so cultured on a Nintendo platform.
And, unlike PLT (a boring match-the-piece-with-the-scene puzzle game), Shuttlecock-H is a halfway decent dodge'em up game.

@Magician For awhile I thought Nintendo was cracking down because it seemed like only one company was making H M-for-mature games (as opposed to the T for teens ones) but then I noticed last week a different company had a pervy minesweeper game. I have zero clues what Nintendo's criteria are, but I hope they at least have saner organization in the Switch 2 eShop to filter things.
Whatever PLT is, it apparently never came to the North America eShop.
