Might have to wash mine then. It’s gotten kinda dirty over the last 2 years. Though I doubt I’ll be using it much once I get the OLED.

I suppose that’s a good thing. Because the Tetris rectangle doesn’t fill the whole screen, being on a smaller handheld could prove problematic. Having a slight Zoom combined with the larger real estate of the OLED should make for a pleasurable handheld experience. I’m actually pretty impressed with how the game looks on switch. A lot of times games with particle effects like that have to be noticeably toned down. But this one seems to look pretty good… to me anyways.

GrailUK Is the only one I know of who truly appreciates the perfection of Banana Mania as much as I do. I think we’ve been unofficially competing for most videos posted to Twitter 😁

Has anybody played samurai warriors 5 beyond the demo? How is the framerate? I just saw that Yasuke is in this so I want to buy it soon. Thanks in advance.

Just received the Nickelodeon All Star game. It is nice. I enjoyed playing it , more characters are welcome, but maby more functions are also something nice. However, haven't played with them all. I did NOT miss the voice acting during playing. It would be welcome but, for me it was allright.

@JaxonH This game is going to look awesome on an OLED screen. Lots of blacks and vibrant colors throughout. The port looks really solid from the footage, with the only hit being some background details, shadow quality, etc. Probably less dense particle clouds as well. But if it's this solid in handheld mode, then it's a winner of a port.

Ironically, given how terrible my distance vision is, I'll probably be more likely to play this zoomed out on the tablet than on the TV!

@Ryu_Niiyama That sucks. Hopefully there's an alternate color setting or something that'll help you so you can play the game without physical pain.

Nintendo Direct that is gonna detail the Brewster update, is gonna be a 20 minute Direct at 7 am on octobre 15th

20 minutes is a lot.
I hope the Direct will not just only about Brewster and his little cafe, but also the returning characters such as Booker & Copper, Digby (How could Nintendo separated the Shih Zhu siblings Isabelle and Digby in ACNH), Katrina, Dr Shrunk, Phineas, etc.

Y’all I know you can cook bananas and I like things like chutney or fruit salsas but as a Southerner, I just screamed internally and fainted. I might have clutched some pearls on the way down. Bananas in chili and on a hotdog? No, no I don’t think I can.

My dad will often request a banana to have as a side dish with many foods. Even soups.

No, he doesn't "save it for the end", it actively forms part of the experience.

@Eel I respect that. In fact I commend it. That’s healthy and awesome. I know someone that eats bananas with tomato soup (He and I are not from the same state obviously). However some food habits/associations are hard to break.

I felt personally offended (I think sonic did too) when they threw those bananas in. Like my accent came out and I was like “what in the? Bless his heart…” which is southern for “what the $&@% is wrong with you??!” Lol.

@Eel I drink banana smoothies a lot. I'll admit, I have never been any more adventurous with them than that.

I like and accept this new revelation about the southern meaning of “bless his heart”.

I don’t like cooked bananas, or mixing them with other foods, myself. But he loves them.

As a bit of a side story… According to himself, as a child, he once stole a bunch from his family’s store warehouse and ate as many as he could. They had to pump his stomach after finding him unconscious. You’d think that would scare him away from eating them, but no!

On the subject of Monkey Ball, I am quite interested in this one. I wonder if they have sales for these titles regularly? I won’t be able to buy it right now, so I might as well just wait for a sale.

@Anti-Matter i think, the Animal Crossing New Horizon Direct is gonna spent 6 to 10 minutes on Brewster, and the rest on other information like the upcoming series 5 Amiibo card and other possible subtancial content this update might add, this update seen to be very subtancial.

I like bananas. They go nicely in cereal and yoghurt sometimes, and a banana sandwich, with just a lick of honey, is ace.

I went to a pizza place in europe once, they did a tropical pizza with ham, pineapple AND banana. I bought it, and enjoyed it. But another time, I was in a Swedish establishment, and they did a pizza with, amongst other 'stuff', banana on it, and it was the joint-worst thing I've ever eaten, but it wasn't the banana's fault. Swedish cuisine seems generally horrendous. Don't @ me.

A peanut butter and banana sandwich with a bit of honey? Absolutely delicious!! Especially if you put it in a panini press (go light on the honey here or good luck cleaning it).

Yea its definitely my favorite quick lunch at the house.

As a born southerner who spent most of my life in Texas and Alabama…. Can confirm.

Other Belt interpretations include, but are not limited to, “don’t blame them, it’s not their fault God made them stupid from birth” and “they’re too dumb to know any better”

Although sometimes, people just mean, “that poor unfortunate soul”.

Context is key.
