I can understand why people would want to avoid mature titles I mean sometimes I see the things that happen around the world and I want some escapism without being reminded of what reality is like and then sometimes I just want to shoot someone with a shotgun. My point is I like the mature games and I like the colourful nice games but I can see why some would prefer one over the other. At the end of the day gamers come in all different types and I say play what makes you happy its easy to get caught up in the great debates, the review scores and over think it all when really all were doing is playing electronic make believe and escaping reality for a bit and that's cool.
@Harmonie
"I have had every Sony console PS2 and on and haven't really felt like it was a waste. "
You had (at least) 3 PS2 machines to play all Japanese, USA and Europe PS2 games ?
Wow...!
Huh? I'm confused. I was meaning I have a PS2, PS3, and PS4.
"Performance: Our aim has always been minimal load times and a steady 60fps for Switch. Over the last month we’ve smoothed out the last couple of problem spots and we’re all locked in on this stuff now! Hollow Knight is looking great on that Switch screen!"
There's other things in the link but I think this is the main thing (Still no release date though)
I don’t know if this has been already mentioned, Pixel Junk Monsters 2 is on its way to the Switch in May! The original was a fun tower defense game which I played on the PSP and then Vita.
@Dogorilla thanks for the advice. I may try it on my next Zelda playtrough. I don't own Splatoon 2. At the start of my first BOTW adventure I was to afraid that starting with motion control wouod ruin the handheld experience (which I was actually aiming for). Now that you put it like this it sounds like a workable combination.
I’ve never played the pixel junk shooter series, I’m hoping the Switch version of Pixel Junk Monsters 2 looks as good as the PS4 version. The gameplay link below show’s the PS4 version but hopefully gives us an idea what to expect.
New post by Team Cherry explains the status of Hollow Knight. A bit disappointing there's no estimated release date, but that's completely fine. http://teamcherry.com.au/lifeblood-update/
I had seen the rumour about Football Manager, with the South Korean ratings board leaking information. It is indeed a huge win for the Switch and will also mean not having to invest in the tablet versions!
@OorWullie Ah cool thanks for that. Though this game from what I just looked up released last year? I assume there will be a 2019 game in the works so I am a bit confused as to why they would port last year's game and not this year's. Seems like an odd decision.

Has anyone else played PUBG Mobile yet, now it's available across the world? I just played solo using an iPhone X and I am in two minds as to whether it would be a game I would want to play on the Switch. Part of me thinks it would be cool to see on the Switch as they could use the mobile version as the basis for the port just without touch controls. However, the game does look like crap on a small screen and I do wonder how that would translate to a bigger screen experience. I am interested in seeing how Fortnite runs on mobile as that maybe the better game to get on Switch.

@subpopz There is motion control available but you are right, normal touch screen isn't too good. I especially found driving incredibly annoying to get used to. But they can remove all that and use an Xbox One like control scheme if this came to Switch. That said, I still managed to kill 4 people and come in 21st on first try.
I'm not sure how it would work, or if it would work as a crossplay experience, though Fortnite mobile I think is with PS4/PC isn't it? I can't play that on iPhone yet but I have registered for an invite so I will try that once I can. I get the feeling Fortnite maybe the better suited game for Switch though.
