I thought Majoras Mask's color was more of a shiny purple.
Yes; Majora's Mask went for a lot of the warmer earthly tones that then became creepy with the grim and uneasy contexts they were found in. Clocktown was brown, Woodfall purple, Snowhead white, Great Bay dreary tones of blue, Ikana Canyon an earthy orange, and many of the boss rooms darker and lit with eldritch colors.
idc I'm just gonna vomit random thoughts now b/c i love zelda okbye;
-Any action/adventure Nintendo crossover game needs to be of Samus landing on the Majora's Mask moon and exploring some dis nonsense within.
-The Master's Sword's hilt should really have stayed blue. I know the series' overall aesthetic has taken a lot of inspiration from Twilight Princess, but I think that was one of the things Wind Waker did better.
-I hope we get a weird moon sidequest in Zelda U. Like, some really obscure Mario Sunshine nonsense where you have to stand on a magically attuned spot on an island in the bay and stare up at the moon. It's face would gradually emerge all horror-like before revealing itself fully to you and transporting you within for a miniboss fight.
General list of things that need to return:
-fire / ice arrows w/ burning / freezing stuff
-jumping onto your horses to mount it, aw yeaaa
-the influence of day / night cycles
-moon symbolism with a lunar cycle that's less one-note
-severe weather effects for snow, sand, hot volcanos, drowning, etc

Mizore? Wait that reminds me, I wonder if zoras will be in this one, I hope so. A good underwater town and temple are always good.
I would love it if they had their town located somewhere underwater, Lake Hylia? Like the Lakebed Temple (which is an awesome name by the way), but instead of a temple, an entrance to Zora's Domain or whatever it's going to be called. Although, realistically, I think it's more likely that Zora's Domain will be located somewhere upstream near a waterfall like they do every time. I don't know, it would be neat to see some mysterious Zora shadows swimming beneath the surface for a good while of your journey until you obtain the Zora tunic. Zora's Domain has always been a mysterious and beautiful place, so I have no doubt that we'll see that again if Zoras make a return.
Nintendolife moderators, I might need to go to time out and give a formal apology.
I'm sorry I brought up gender in a harmless discussion of character design preferences and made his thread go crazy. I learned my lesson, I swear!

That doesn't explain the other 195 pages of crazy.

Yeah! Zelda U, go in the corner while we talk about Triforce Heroes and Hyrule Warriors 3DS!

Triforce Heroes is over. Soon Hyrule Warriors 3DS will be over. Attention and focus on Zelda U will grow again. TP HD will shine for a moment when it officially gets announced but its a game nearly everyone has played. Zelda U remains king. It's really the only Zelda that matters... In my opinion.
