My favorite was the one you had to use the anti gravity boots. Yeah it's been what 7 years since I played it so I don't remember Mich either but do remember the dungeons as a whole the best in the series. The weapons were also the best imo!
Well, technically those were the Iron Boots, and the walls and ceiling that you walked on were magnetic, but still, that was a very neat concept!
Also, the Spinner and Dominion Rod get honorable mentions.
That reminds me the Arbiter's Ground is the best dungeon of the game due to egyptian prison surfing.
Capcom at E3: Guys we're sorry about how we've been treating Mega Man so we're gonna make it up to you by releasing the Mega Man Cancelled Collection with all the titles we cancelled in the condition they we're in just before we pulled the plug. Now who wants Street Fighter X Monster Hunter?
Best dungeon in Twilight Princess goes to Arbiter's Grounds.
Honorable mentions go to Temple of Time and City in the Sky.
Also, Snowpeak Ruins had a unique concept I found interesting: there were no recovery hearts!
Formally called brewsky before becoming the lovable, adorable Yoshi.
Now playing:
Final Fantasy XIV (PC) | The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (Switch) | Celeste (Switch)
I hope they keep the running mechanic from Skyward Sword for two reasons: 1. Because I haven't played SS and want to know how it works and 2. because it makes for some interesting environment interaction (i.e: exploring the huge dungeons.

Nah, rolling around all over the place is much quicker!

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.

I want less puzzle solving, personally. Or at least good puzzles that don't feel like a chore but still stimulate the mind. I can't think of a Zelda game where the puzzles were actually worth doing.
Yeah, I'd like other elements to take up more of the game. I'd love less dungeons, and more world (city would be wonderful) quests.
I don't mind them. They usually have the most complex puzzles in the game and peeling back the "layers" of the puzzle is interesting and engaging, even if half the time is spent raising and lower the water level.
So Anakin kneels before Monster Mash and pledges his loyalty to the graveyard smash.
I hope there'll be something like the Great Bay temple, or at least one very puzzle focused dungeon.
Great bay temple:Good looking design, terrible boss and it was hard to get around the place.

In my opinion, it's the best water temple of any zelda game to date. The whole dungeon is a lot more streamlined than the water temple from OoT because of the Zora Mask. It's one of those critical thinking dungeons from Zelda, and the easy access and efficiency of the Zora mask makes it fun to play, rather than a chore.
(Spoilers?)
As for actual puzzles, Everything in this dungeon is important. The pistons are used to alter the path of the swirling water pool, make certain areas out of reach now available, flip switches, and they're platforms. The water pool only lets you go to certain rooms when the current is flowing a certain direction, so you need to use the pistons effectively. The ice arrows are also used effectively and in combination with the fire arrows to freeze and thaw ice to activate certain switches, raise/lower platforms, create platforms on the ice, etc etc.
