93 shrines and 16 hearts. Reached goronia and got every armour to reach every region. Tried the master trials. Definitely not easy but thanks to youtube people now i know how to handle it. Even so i will do this stuff when im done with eveything else. Its better than the last (trials) in wind waker and the one in twillight princess.
The korok shrine quests were really cute. Especially the one where i had to follow one to the shrine. Watched the scene where zelda told link to leave her alone. I wish zelda would behave like the flower that symbolizes her.
110 shrines and 194 korok seeds. I think i will do the rest of the shrines after the korok seeds. Would have to do the dungeons and i dont want the enemies to get stronger yet. And those red laser beams destroy the panorama. Im thankful for the guides on youtube. Makes seed collecting enjoyable. The gorons consider me a bro now. Cool quests especially the endurance one.
Looking forward to the champions ballad. I hope i will have finished xenoblade by then.
Of course it's gonna be December. I wouldn't surprised if it was December 24th release.
Given that it's digital, they're gonna want as long as possible to polish it.
I don't think they will give away any information about DLC 2 before the release of Xenoblade Chronicles 2. The marketing strategy of Nintendo is to promote a single game in specific periods. Mario Odyssey got hyped by trailers and after its release they gave a XC2 direct to get the focus of the customer on that game. When XC2 is released, I think their next 'game' to focus on is the DLC 2.
So I think that we will get more information about it after the first of December. I don't think they will announce this in a special Zelda direct but a direct for the 2018 line up, starting with the announcement of DLC 2 at the end of December, followed by releasedates of 2018.
I have such limited time to play that I'm still discovering new things in the game and still haven't seen the whole world. It's wonderful - discovering and exploring. Sometimes relaxing, sometimes exciting.
Fun thing that happened to me yesterday. I had just pulled out a chest from above via an amiibo. The thing was though that it was a thunderstorm - so the lightning struck down on the chest, put the grass on fire and killed me.
It's even a sense of wonder to die sometimes in this game.
112 shrines and 357 korok seeds. Even with a guide those seeds are a little bit tiring. Bought the house today. Good house and good location. Upgraded my climbing armor to the max level. Was rewarded with a funny scene. I like the lewdness in this game. Especially arrow girls diary entry. Reminds me of links awakening. Next days will be grindy too.
The new update is out, none spoilery stuff, it might not be big, but a bit of effort went into this design wise once you see the Xenoblade mission in action.
Spoilers:
Red stars fall down from the night sky which make a sound, don't know if it's the sound that normal stars make, and there is brand new chests that the 3 outfit pieces come in, you can find these clothing pieces at Hebra peak, skull lake, and Bridge of Hylia. None of the outfit pieces can't get color changed or upgraded, just like the other DLC outfits.
Well, that was a short sidequest. Oh well, it's essentially a freebie variant of the scavenger hunts from the Master Trials DLC, so I can't complain. It's pretty useful that you get the swimming stamina clothing bonus without needing to upgrade the armor to 2 stars.
Nintendo really needs to bring back this feature from the 3ds and wii u that showed how long and often ive played something. The current one on the switch is very lacking. I dont care for game statistics except for the time i played a game.
Thought about restarting the game on hard mode in time for the second d DLC, but I'll probably wait until after XC2, I'll probably find more fun in that game
538 korok seeds. Its exhausting but a little bit fun. Still i would prefer less copy paste content. Its strange how something that seems so unimportant makes 75% of the ingame completion rate while quests arent even counted. At least thats what the internet told me. Got the snow and desert boots. The infinite arrows trick is cool.
The Korok Seeds only count to the MAP %
All kinds of Quests + Memories count to the DIARY %
Items (Armor, Materials, and Important Quest Items) count to the ITEM %
Getting the MAP on 100% is just 1/3 of 100% completion.
@Jhena Technically, the Korok Seeds also count towards the ITEM% completion, because they are obviously counted as items as well, and SPOILERS - you get a unique item from solving this "quest".
