Topic: Switch user info was changed somehow and won't let me change it back

So i hadn't been on my switch in a while and I don't let anyone else use. I turned on my switch today to see someone by the name of sophie has not only changed my name but also my picture and I can't seem to change either as it just goes back to sophie. They had blocked all my friends and my play history and everything is gone. I don't gave seem to have the option even unlink my nintendo account from the switch account. This is frustrating and I just want my account back. I'm worried that deleting the user will delete any and all purchases ive made, such as dlc and downloaded games. Please, just someone help

If you haven't already, contact Nintendo Support. Can you log into your account on a web browser and see if anyone has accessed your account? Enable 2 factor verification.

Only good as the user but if you let someone access your account any security is out the window. A decent password is far better then 2 factor verification. I had enough issues with 2FA that I stopped using it. But at this point this is a Nintendo support and User to contact each other to fix. NL can't help with Nintendo account issue as this become a Private matter.
