So when I opened the box the first thing I did was look into the dock after unpacking it and the connection at the base is crooked in there... I already opened the damn thing so I was ready to play like now but I was going to bring it back and so I am.. but yea, the switch looks like it might rub cuz it doesn't sit straight.. I mean theres not a lot of clearance in there to begin with... So anyone else have this?
You can call nintendo service if you didn't open your dock or whatnot, and ask for a new one. I believe I've heard one or two stories like yours that ended with a replacement dock.
But it could take some time and I have no idea if you need to send the dock before receving a new one.
