@blaisedinsd As @mauhlin12 correctly points out. Unless Capcom patch it in, regional filtering isn't available. Desperately needs it.

Bought this 2nd hand for casual play and could I ask if this is normal
On 3rd strike I find that I can't do throws normally like I could in ps3 version (toward +punch or kick) I can do them fine in sf3.1 and 3.2 on this collection but not on 3rd strike and it's annoying since my play style used throw frequently like on the ps3 version

This is with joy con by the way. Does anybody have the same problem or is it just me.

Also on alpha 3 it's hard to pull off super move on joy con without the punchx3 kickx3 option available

@nitake92 I believe to throw in 3rd Strike you push jab punch + short kick.

@nitake92 Yeah, what @mauhlin 12 said. Light punch and light kick at the same time then press the joystick in the direction you want to throw your opponent.

Really? I must be misremembering things then. Will check it out but its weird that they would change things from second impact to third strike

Ok just check you're right. Thanks but I prefer the 2nd impact version of throws more so I'm going to play that more

Just curious, does Street Fighter Alpha Anthology / Zero Generation (Japan version) on PS2 have Alpha 3 Upper characters (Balrog, Juni, Juli, Dee Jay, Fei Long, T.Hawk) ?

I think you have to clear or play normal alpha 3 first and it will unlock the Upper version of alpa3 for the ps2 collection

Looking forward to the update for online matchmaking, hooefully it will drastically improve it because for me right now it's unplayable. I know my location and the game not being released in Japan is a big part of the problem but it shouldn't be pairing me with players in the US. Mario Tennis was giving me problems for the first week after release, connection strength was 1 or 2 bars at best so most players quit before the countdown finished, meaning it could take 5 to 10 minutes to find an opponent. Nintendo have obviously improved something though as now I'm matched with mostly Japanese opponents with 3 to 5 bars and very rarely encounter any lag. So if Tennis Aces can run smoothy between myself and Japanese players, so can Street Fighter 30th.

When are we getting the frigging update?

IMO the game isn't worth £45.

For anyone interested, playing online vs. somebody on a different continent is still very laggy. I'm in USA west coast and played vs. a player in England and the game stutters, even in the character select screen. Playing vs. players on my continent is still great. Disappointed but not surprised that overseas play hasn't been fixed.

How does one block in this game via single joy con?

I was playing this with someone a few day ago, and (forgive me if this question has been asked before), is Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper not in this compilation?
