I seriously didn't know about the demo until I saw you guys' posts. Nintendo Life doesn't even have it on the top of the page today, it's literally buried to like the middle of today's headlines. (Thanks a lot, NL...) Anyway, I'd love to give the demo a shot, I wanna try to download it today or tonight.
@MarioLover92 I only found out about it when a Gamexplain livestream for the demo popped up in my subscription feed and needless to say I was quite blindsided.

I really liked the demo. I loved the graphics and music, and Kirby felt really good to control. It's kind of weird that the game only runs at 30fps since Odyssey is a much bigger and better-looking game that runs at a locked 60. Maybe it's not fair to compare the two games, but I feel like HAL could have gone for 60 if they really tried. 30fps is still really smooth, though, and I only noticed a couple of drops at the beginning level when the big city was revealed, which will probably be fixed.
Overall the demo left me impressed. I didn't think it was anything mind-blowing or revolutionary, but I mean, it's Kirby. I'll probably still pick this up once it drops.

the ice power is busted LMAO, an the fact that you can evolve your copy's, just adds replay value , and as of right now is a big selling point to me!
The demo was great! the graphics looks good (Lite BTW) the controls felt as nice as other kirby games, I love the open area like levels, mouth full mode is just a blast, and based off of the final trailer they gave us in the demo, it just gave us a small cut of whats to come, and i'm hyped!
Probably not going to be a day one! but man if I didn't need another reason to get this game, this was it, and i'm 100% getting it at some point!
i got the demo and it was really awesome! i loved everything in it from the new mouthful mode, the 3d and even the old things. the only downside is that the camera doesnt fully move but thats ok because you dont really even need to move it anyways

I must admit, I’m not the greatest Kirby fan but there was something about the reveal trailer from last year that really got me excited about this game. Now they released the demo, I just finished playing it and I really enjoyed my time.
The graphics and music is so wonderful and lively and the controls are pretty damn good too. It definitely gives a good idea of what to expect in the full game.

Finally played the demo and I really liked it! Not much to say on my end, but it is shaping up to be a really solid Kirby game. I pretty much liked everything about it.

AKA MarioVillager92. Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I want to get to know you first. Thanks! ❤️
@MarioLover92
I wish the camera angle was dynamic like Mario Odyssey. I felt I played Skylanders with Kirby characters with that fixed camera angle lol.
I just played the demo. It's a fun game, but I think that I won't get it immediately. I kinda had the idea that the levels were a bit more open. Still, it has beautiful animations and the powers are fun to use.
...The main story mode will always be easy, even with that Wild difficulty thing. The extra modes are where things become challenging, especially the arenas.
I think it's interesting that this game has an easier difficulty mode as an alternative. Maybe this means that the later levels will be difficult on regular difficulty?
